Just got my ipad air and it's heaver that I would have thought. I do believe it may get uncomfortable holding it. I am a BIG guy and will need a big strap... Any recommendations

Second vote for the DJI Inspire one strap..  I started out using a normal around-the-neck strap with my P3 Transmitter+tablet and found it was a bit heavy around the neck..

Picked up one of the DJI straps from the local dealer and it's excellent.  I'm not small, and it adjusts out far enough for me, and if you check out this video at 6:15 or so you'll see a larger guy putting one on.. :-)

I personally use the GoPro lanyard which I had an extra piece that was lying around. It's much wider than your usual lanyards and I have it hooked on the remote along with the iPad Air 2.
Though I must admit if it would be better if the lanyard was longer.

Youtube paracord lanyards I made my own adjustable and snakes knot on the end for a bit of blingish .lol

I am using a blackrapid strap that I use with my DSLR's. Nice strap, but they are kind of expensive.

BTW - I don't like how they moved the lanyard "connector hole" on the remote on the P4 vs the P3. On the P3, it is at the very back of the tablet holder. They moved it up past the screw connector on the P4. Seems to make the lanyard connector rub a bit more on the RC controller. Oh well. nitpicks.

I'm cheap, I just use one of the many straps I got with each one of my RC plane radios, works fine for me.

If i get so weak that i cant hold up a controller for 15 minutes at a time, im giving up flying.

I have a blue @DJI regular neck strap with an included white cloth carrying bag.
The bag has DJI emblazoned upon it, in blue letters.
It was part of a First Pilot Experience I attended, last spring.
Along with the enamel pins they gave out to the Attendees. ;-)
The presenters also wore @DJI tee shirts.

Actually the only time i use that strap is when I'm landing, one hand to catch and other hand to hold radio. Other than that, I always find myself holding the radio up with both hands and the strap is dangling.

I said something like that until my carpal tunnel made my hand so numb I could not control my drone. Me I would rather fly with an aid then not at all.

I have the same simple neck strap as you do, but mine is blue with white DJI Logo.
