Hello All,

I have been trying to connect my Raveneye to my canon 70d, via mobile (Galaxy note9) app (Ronin).

I checked both the camera(HDMI PORT) and the RavenEye (WIFI transmission) separately, they are working fine but with the gimbal connected I'm not able to use the Raveneye and its features because there is no transmission happening on my mobile device.

Can anyone help me with a solution.

Any Luck?  Wish I had an answer, but i'm having same issue.

It looks like I'm having the same problem, but on a completly different camera: Sony A7R 4. Would be nice to know, if that's a general problem.

try changing the display resolution to a lower one

HEy thank you. I've changed the HDMI output resolution to all the different settings. It's still the same. when I connect the gimbal as pc remote - it all goes black.

I own canon 70d and I am planning to buy Ronin RSC2 but I am confusing whether 70d can able to connect or not. Can you help me? Should I buy Ronin SC.

hey there,

please check the compatibility list, Rs2 is a great gimbal but the connection with Raven will be a problem.


Raveneye connects with the below listed cameras only.

I know this guy had a recommendation for Sony. I didn't work for my Canon but it might work for you.
