Hi everyone!!
I'm writing from Italy, i'm not a native English speaker but i'll try to do my best !! :-))
I'm a (double) owner of a Phantom 4 Pro, and one of these has the following problem: the camera tilts on a side when the drone is panning left or right, then slowly recovers.
This issue is perfectly visible in the following video (made by an unknown user) from 47'':
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m1URJRyXuis

1- The drone has never fallen, and never had any kind of accident
2- it doesn't depend on the firmware
3- the camera is not on FPV mode, and i've already tried to solve the issue making every possible calibration (gimbal, etc), but it did not help
4- on the web i found it is a common issue of the dji drones, but didn't find a way to fix it

I'm looking a way to fix in a mechanical way: i'd like to know which part/s of the gimbal is damaged, and requires to be replaced, then i'll do the work on my own.
Thanks to everyone who can help !!! ;-))

Self-repair is not recommended for the concern of flight performance assurance and warranty maintenance. Please send the drone to our service center for repair.
