I use an RS2 with Raveneye together with my Lumix G9 for remote Workshops. The setup is perfect for tracking when I'm moving in the room e.g. from Flipchart to the desk. After about 1.5 hours, RavenEye stops charging via RS2 and gets emptied within about another two hours. Even when I plug it to a USB-C powerbank or a Notebook charger, there is no charging possible until I switch it off and let it cool down for about 30 minutes. Is this due to the battery temperature becoming too high? Since this is the main purpose which I bought this setup for, it's quite un-satisfying to be limited to about four hours of live broadcasting.

Hello there, thank you for reaching out. The battery life for the RavenEye is 3.5 hours. Have you fully charged the image transmission before attaching it on the RS2?
And it is suggested not to use the RavenEye for a longtime during the shooting, for example, you can turn it off when the gimbal is on sleep mode to let it cool down.
