I'm having cpu loaded error pop up when flying mavic air 2? Is it concerning when fly haven't seen any lost in performance

CPU Load is a concerning issue.  But it may have been an isolated occurrence.  Sometimes weird dialogs appear for a single flight and the next day they never occur again.  I would try it again and see what happens.

Please check whether there are any background applications running on your phone while the DJI Fly is being used. If you do, we suggest closing them and see if that would refresh the memory of your phone and would resolve this warning.

I would recommend force closing all open apps on your device to make sure there isn’t something else using resources you may not be aware of.

What mobile device are you using???  Is it on the approved list???

I thought you were referring to the Mavic Air 2's CPU.  

Based on the screenshot it is clear it is the CPU of your attached mobile device.  This is not a DJI issue but that your device lacks the capability to handle the required processing need for the DJI Fly app.  This could be because your iPad Mini 4has degraded over time and/or the battery has depreciated and no longer can supply consistent power to the device and therefore the CPU threshold is lowered.
It cost about $30 for a new battery for the iPad Mini 4 on Amazon.  Other than cutting and prying the seals which holds the screen to the body the process is fairly straight forward.  There are lots of videos on YouTube.

Just did a check on battery life I’m at 89% good? And when I fly  I will turn on charge on controller to charge iPad

Apple products require battery passthrough for power.  

A simple example, when the iPhone or iPad battery dies if you plug it in the red battery charging symbol appears until the battery has enough power to complete the boot cycle.  Charging from the controller may not resolve the problem.

The iPad Mini 4 battery may read 89% health but that does not mean the battery has enough power to do intensive CPU usage.

This is Apple's Support page for batteries.  iPhone Battery and Performance. It is long but should give you a better idea of what your battery is doing.  I would specifically look at the Peak Performance Capabilities.

Some things to try to minimize CPU usage after closing all other running apps: Try switching off the cached video feature and use a screen recorder instead. Switch to Smooth display. Turn off the histogram and exposure warnings.

You don't have to remove anything, just try turning off the video cache in the app. It may help or may not.
