Mavic 2 Pro DJI Go 4 app issues

Hi,

I was flying my Mavic 2 Pro yesterday, using the controller with an iphone 11.
Issue 1: During my first flight I noticed a line of pixels moving across and down the screen mid flight.  When I downloaded the images there was no visible fault in the pixels of the photographs, so I don't know what that was all about.

Issue 2: During the second flight the App hiccuped, looked as if it was about to crash, the home screen of the App appeared partially on the screen, and then restored itself.  This has never happened to me before.  I could still control the drone while the App was misbehaving.  I was able to land fine without loss of control.   


Air temperature was above freezing, may be 3 degrees Centigrade. The drone batteries were over 75% as were the phone and the controller batteries.  

Can anyone advise what I should do to ensure the Go 4 App doesn't do this again.

Hi, Islander23. Thanks for reaching out and our apologies for the problem you're experiencing. We recommend checking whether your DJI GO 4 is updated. If there are other applications running in the background of your iOS device, we suggest closing them when the DJI GO 4 is being used. Switching your phone also to Airplane Mode might also help. You can try those recommendations and check whether that works for you.

Hi, thanks.  I always fly on Airplane, and with all other apps closed.   When I started up the app it didnt show I needed a software update but next day when I started it up it did say I needed an update which I did.  Hopefully that was it!
