You are very lucky because i flew 160 flights with my P3A and i changed my shell at least 5 times LOL

Today, i'm a proud owner of a P4 with no crack after almost 50 flights and i'm pretty sure, it will stay in that way longer than with my P3A...

WOW agreed I've been lucky. Saddens me to hear the variation in quality from DJI.
Happy P4 flights, sure hope I can get out on the weekend. Now that winter is on it's way, the weather will be the determining factor.

Found a tiny crack only on one arm. Loosened all motor screws and two weeks later saw 2 tiny  cracks on same arm. Installed plastic reinforcement plates and no new cracks visible...yet.

I have some stress cracks forming near the screws even bought the arm guards but they still formed. I'm watching them closely and eased the effected screws off a little and they don't seem to be growing yet. But I will be turning in my P3P "again" (had the camera focused) back to DJI for repair once the season is over.  If they grow I'll return it for repair sooner.

My crash was a tumble. I was skimming about 2 feet above ground and it dropped and rolled, It had rained several days and ground was  soft, my 3 blade props stuck in the ground and 2 motors supported aircraft on its side like a knife thrown in the ground. never looked that close til this happened but saw when wiping mud off. Hard to think this caused but I can't say for sure. I just bought a shell. NO WAY I SEND MY BIRD IN.

my bird has  about 170,000 flight time and I bought used, this is p3 standard, my used p3Pro is good also bought used. but no cracks on professional .

AND my cracks are around motor screws, they are tiny short cracks and not what I consider a problem, But I just can't let this be, I'm swapping shells soon and adding plates to detour future cracks just in case its a design problem, I know I'm on my own on this.  
Shell is here still in box waiting on plates and rainy day.

I went to edit and add the 300 flights on line below distance. and it got crammed beside distance.

Mine has no cracks, hope it stays that way for awhile

I tuned down the brake sensitivity and no cracks on my P3P when I sold it after hundreds of flights.
