Hello.

I had no issue during my last flight, i landed softly

Now, impossile to get an image with my air unit.

When i connect it to the assistant, it idetects it just one second then just forget it.
It s now pluged directly to a battery 4s.

I have no light on, but the unit get worm.

I bought it in a built to armattan.

Hello thanks for your answer, it s not a drone, it s a air unit, i dont know where to find the SN. when i plug it with dji assistant, it connects and deconnect one seconde later. whith no error message

no light on the air unit, but it gets warmer and warmer

I tryed with another airunit and it works perfectly.

Any suggestion ? will the waranty work ? Anyway to fix it ?

Hello there, if you still keep the original pack, you should be able to find the SN code on the bar code label. We can help to check if your Air unit is still under warranty or not.
