Can the DJI Osmo Pocket 2 film the night sky?
A quick test and the answer is yes, to a degree...here looking south you can see the brightest star in the northern hemisphere (Sirius) move from left to right, and later the constellation of Orion with the bright star Rigel and Betelgeuse too.

I had to overexpose slightly to ensure the stars were visible, hence th building being a little blown out

Still think that whoever decided to place the power button where they did on the new version is a complete and utter t**t though as I cannot swap out the base units without switching the unit on!

It can, but....
It is probably not the best camera to do so

Morning,
It certainly isn't the best camera for that, but impressed that it captured Orion and Sirius.
Hopefully seen the last of the snow here this year, hope you're doing well?

Most definitely.
And. As they say. The best camera is the one you have with you!
Snow started to melt here today too.
I will miss it though.
All is well here!
Thanks
And with you?

Thank you, think the first time in many years that  I shall be glad to see the lighter days and shorter nights. Hopefully we can all travel again soon...Planning a week long walk, and considering getting the baby Mavic for the backpack ..
