Hello, I have a Phantom 3 4k.

Suddenly one motor stopped working and the drone cannot even start.

It tries to play the booting sound, but only three motors move an the sound suddenly stop after about 100 milliseconds. The other one is totally stuck. It repeat this behaviour forever.

Sometimes the sound is longer (like one half of the actual load sequence), sometimes is shorted. I guess is a control on the current of each motor.

There is another detail: in the beginning, this problem started when a motor stopped to work (the other three were warming up correctly, the last one was completely cold as no current were flowing). Sometimes, in the past, it completed the boot procedure (I don't know how) but it cannot fly because of the stuck motore (this is not happening anymore, since I can't get to turn it on.

Actually I lent it to a friend but, yes, as far as I know it flew normally (also, because there are no damage at all). The camera, by the way, always work, even if the drone does not start.

When I discovered the damage it was not used for about 4-5 months, now I am trying to fix it somehow (after 1 yr after the damage discovering).
I forgot to say that I have two batteries and with both the situation is the same.

I wrote to the support, but they only suggest to send it to DJI. There is no major suspect? The ESC? The motor? If it can be the motor and there is a way to circumscrive the problem, I can linkely replace it.
