anyone having a problem with payment care refresh ?paid by ideal and the amount was deducted from my bankaccount but never received an care refreshstatement and confirmation.

also upon checkin my the serial number via refresh page ,nothing comes up.
have sent an email to customer care , but the only answer i am getting is to purchase it again , yeah right , 400 euro for care refresh.

sent them again an email to investigate and ask them to stop sending silly answers
