HELP ME MICROPHONE PROBLEM

My microphone is not capturing audio from external microphones. Only the built-in OSMO microphone works.

Hi, valeriojipa. Thanks for reaching out and posting your concern. We recommend testing your external mic on your other devices to check if that could be causing the issue. Please also see the Camera Quick Settings and adjust the microphone volume under the Audio Volume Control.

I managed to discover the problem! In the recording I tried to see the videos saved on the phone! And OSMO does not record audio from the connected microphones for videos saved on the phone.

All videos saved on the phone are only with audio from the osmo's internal microphone.

The audios of the external microphones are only available in the video files on the memory card.
