Why pay for the Care Plan? I clearly had an accident that should have been replaced. It's been almost a month of emails back and forward.
Horrible customer support. The only thing I got was a 15% discount. I mean... ????
Was so upset I created a YouTube Channel with videos against this scam of a company.

Its an cost I made to be insured. Simple.
When one is purchasing you guys put it simple. You have an accident we replace it. You don't go and fine print the line where you are actually screwing us.
You guys are making tons of money out of us.
