hi, first post so i apologize if this question has been addressed. recently bought the dji osmo action camera. updated the firmware to the latest 01.10.00.40(6762) problem is, im not seeing any of the features that have supposedly been releaesd over the last few updates. there is no loop recording. when pushing the qs button, it does not switch screens, you have to hold it in. simply pushing it just switches the recording mode. ive watched several youtbe vids and read several things that specifically say that these are on the osmo action. i may be mssing even more, but these two come to mind immediately. have these features been taken away in latest firmware? any help is appreciated.

On the firmware v01.10.00.40, we have optimized the function of the QS button allowing you to switch the screen between the front screen and touchscreen camera view by just pressing the QS button once (press and hold to switch screens during recording). If you could kindly, please take a photo of the current firmware version of your Osmo Action and upload a short clip depicting the issue so we can further check and assist you.

there's no need to post a pic of the firmware. i stated exactly what the firmware version is. and also plainly stated what the issue is. posting a video will do nothing. when pushing the qs button it does not swich screens. it switches modes. holding the qs button in changes screens. it doesnt get any simpler than that. also there is no loop option. from all the threads ive read, the cutomer service replies dont do anything and dont respond after the initial response. so im asking the actual user community for any ideas.

Loop recording is located in the swipe down/preference/Quick switch check the one's you want, Loop,  hit the X then hit the side  till loop is shown.   you are saying you did that and do not see the Loop?

correct, there is not loop option anywhere. also the qs button does not function the way it is supposed to after the last few updates

My oa did same thing
