Im relatively new to the gimbal world so this may be a simple fix, but my DJI Ronin S won't allow me to point the camera straight so that its facing forward at a level angle, its like the tilt motor maxes out at it facing 45 degrees downward. I attached pictures, one showing how forward I can make it point with it on (the one where its facing more downward), and one with how forward/level I'd like it to be. The gimbal is balanced according to the app and based on the tutorials I have watched, so I don't think its a balancing issue. If someone could please help that'd be appreciated thanks.
