Hi. I can't take off in Sport mode. When on the ground the remote only applys N or M mode. Is it normal?  Thanks.

I move the control sticks both to the bottom inner.  It allows me to take off in any mode.  Just haven't done it in manual as it's safer to use Sport or Normal then switch it.

I don't think I've ever taken off by pressing a button on the remote.

I prefer to T/o and land in normal mode. Gives me less speed available, and more protections from the sensors. Just makes sense (to me).

I believe you have to have the motors running before you can change modes. Other than going into manual.

You can take off in S mode as well. Just switch to S mode after spooling up the motors ...

Yes, thanks. I didnt know that i would have to start the motors to switch to sport-
