OK, so I have a dji phantom 1.  I just purchased an upgraded board kit and was going to buy a zenmuse gimbal and a gopro 3 but noticed that I could do better in terms of quality and price if I just bought a vision 2 camera/gimbal.  Is this compatible?  How do I connect them?

Ehhh... you can't get there from here without a bunch of mods.  The stock P1 has just the one spare channel 7 for controlling one servo so you'd need lots of duct tape and bailing wire to get it to work.
