1# I keep trying to bind my mini2 and my controler to my account without succes. I keep getting a error message #53251 saying that no device is found. Dji fly works, the drone can fly, can take photos and video. Everything ok except the binding, which is necessary for dji care refresh! All firmware and software have been updated to the latest versions. The drone was purchased and initialized last week. Dji care refresh was bought during the activation . Any idea to solve this, anyone?

Hello, same problem here. Dji care activated, but as I can't bind the aircraft, nor the remote controller to my account, fly away coverture not activated.

For me this problem was resolved. I tried to bind again outside, after a flight and this time it worked. The previous attempts were inside at the dining table, without gps signal.Strange but all ok now.

It still doesn't work for me - have asked for a DJI Care Refresh refund

I'm getting the same error message.
I've tried to bind it on several different devices. Please help!

I’m having same issue. DJI support says I don’t need to bind but I’m sure the TCs say I need to In order to activate flyaway coverage. Hmm?!?
