I read in the manual that it takes 2.5 hours to fully charge the OSMO 4 with a 5V 2A charger.

I used a 5V 2.1A charger with 10W and it took almost 5 hours to fully charge. This is normal? I am afraid that the OSMO is defective. Should I use a powerful charger?

Hello there montanaflix. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Can you please try using another 10W charger and another USB type C cable to charge your DJI OM 4 for us to be able to isolate the said issue? Thank you.
