Hello DJI,

Please explain WHY there is a HUGE crop of image in high FPS at this camera? Practically you do not have a 1" sensor in FPS over 30, you have a cropped image...Why this?
And also, please tell me, in specifications, where is mentioned that video image at this FPS is cropped?

PLEASE AN ANSWER FROM DJI TEAM, not kissing back DJI "captains".

Hi, FB: GeoDrone4K. Thanks for reaching out and posting your concern. Please be advised that increasing the fps will require the camera to process more data in the same amount of time. Based on the processing power of the DJI Air 2S camera, in order to maintain the 4K image quality, we have adopted the method of reducing the FOV to reduce the data processing volume of the camera.

Thanks for answer... But... Reducing FOV means reducing 1" to lower, as there is no other way than deactivating a part of Sensor... This means that in over 30fps there is not 1" sensor for video available.
Correct??

I think she made it very clear it’s needed because of the processing capabilities. Not reducing the sensor but commuting to using every it of the 1” sensor

Reducing FOV increases the surface of Sensor? If I remember correctly from normal cameras, the process is similar with full frame versus A-PSC... In this case, the sensor size is lowered in order to keep the same MBPS... So you are not right.
Right?
