Thank you, makes sense about using the filters mostly for videos as my phots with them came out almost to dark
Actually, if you set the drone to Auto Exposure, the filter should not make the image turn darker.
Only when you are in manual exposure, you can see the difference in photo mode.
My suggestion is to set the EV compensation to -0.7 and leave it in auto exposure most of the time.
The drone is perfectly capable of doing that in most situations.
Leave the filters off until you really understand how they affect the shutterspeed and ISO and why you 'need' them in the first place.
It is quite a technical thing and the effect is minimal unless you really know what you are looking for.
If you get stuttery video footage, it is best to fly slow and smooth before grabbing ND filters again.
Unless you want to dive deep into this technical part of how a camera exposure works, it is quite useless to put one on.
Something like having a tachometer on a dashboard without knowing what it means for the engine and when it performs well.
It looks cool, but won't make you a better driver.
