If using NTRIP corrections, can you survey a point on the ground by taking an image while the P4RTK is on the ground and applying the arm lever corrections? If not, why not?

Got a reply from @patiam on a previous post: this has been done by many users and the position of the P4 RTK w/ RTK fixed while sitting on a benchmark is within a couple cm, as one would expect.
