J' ai un soucis de batterie sur mon Mavic air.
Deux de mes batteries ne chargent plus. Aucune led ne s allume. Je ne peux pas les charger.
Quelqu un pourrait me dire la méthode pour enlever les batteries du mode hibernation ?

Hi, Bryce17. Thanks for reaching out! Charging the battery should wake the batteries from hibernation mode. If you already tested the charger using different battery and is working, we suggest returning the batteries back to our Service Center for further checking, if within the warranty period. But there is no warranty on it. I know there is a way to wake up the battery.
How can i do to get this method ?  

If you bought it from dji or an authorized reseller. There MUST be a warranty.
The warranty comes with all drones.

The method to wake up the battery is to charge it, but that didn't work for you so just ask dji support for a new one.
