I was flying my drone an hour ago and it suddenly disconnected and I lost it.

Your flight data is only useful to eliminate some possibilities.
The data ended with the drone hovering 500 feet up.
There were no obstacles that could have blocked signal or the return path.
The battery had plenty of juice.
That suggests the drone probably suffered a complete loss of power and dropped from the sky.

Yeap, that's what I think too. I had a barometer failure in the past,as it didn't  switch to landing mode and almost crashed but only happened once... I sent DJI Support an email with the logs to find put what happened. Thank you for your answer!

Just to add something,it all happened when I pressed the shutter button to take a photo..!

A second barometer failure wouldn't explain why the data stopped -- the drone may have gone out of control or even crashed, but it would have continued sending telemetry data. I suspect a electrical failure or flight controller lockup.

Yeap,I found it a couple of hours ago.It was in the last rock I could reach and was stuck underwater between two rocks. It fell from over 130m and only the camera broke. Opened a case with DJI to send it for diagnosis and I reckon either they'll replace it for me or use my DJI care replacement.

Μια χαρα ειναι το drone, απλα ετυχε. 1 χρονο τωρα με εχει βγαλει ασπροπροσωπο. Στη συγκεκριμένη περίπτωση απλα νεκρωσε και επεσε μαλλον λογω μπαταριας υποθετω..
Μη το φοβάσαι

Sorry about the crash Tony.  Sounds like catastrophic power failure.  Will be interesting to see what DJI says the cause was.  At least you have care refresh to fall back on.

Yes,I am looking forward to sending it for diagnosis.. It was really weird!

Very strange incident! I hope that DJI can answer what happened and You'll be back in the air soon!

For now they sent me an email that they are analyzing my flight logs :-)

Just got an email update from DJI. They will send a replacement :-)

Nope, nothing. The second email I got was that they created a shipment..
