I ask if anyone has had the same experience as me.I sent my Mini 2  with dji care refresh with quick replacement ... 13 days have passed  but the ups courier seems to have lost my package with the broken drone  inside ... so I don't know how to do it will solve this matter but at  the moment dji has opened an investigation to the courier without  sending me a new drone and I paid 50 euros for the replacement and I'm  afraid of losing both the spare drone and the 50 euros by mistake of the  courier

Hai. I had sent my drone for repair from UK to Netherlands and it's been 10 days it's still in Customs Netherlands. I forgot to put the UPS label on it. What can I do now? I used royal mail. I know I was so foolish by not putting UPS label. What to do ? Please help

Hi there, could you please provide us with the case number(CAS) to check further? And please also contact royal mail to see if the package can be sent normally. You can also recall the package and send it again with the UPS label we sent to you.
