Hi,

I am not sure if it is possible to unplug the cable from the charger:

It somehow looks like, but I do not want to break it. Does anyone know?

Thanks!

The cable can NOT be unplugged.

I'll post a photo of the charger's internals later today to show how it is connected inside.

You are welcome.

Here is the promised photo.

And no, I don't recommend opening the charger. Even after having done it once, I don't know of a way to open the case without damaging the plastic.

I plan to take more photos of the charger internals and post them to my Hackaday IO project. If anyone has specific photo requests make sure to let me know.

Hello there Lars. Good day and thank you for reaching out. Just a reminder that DJI do not recommend you to modify or dismantle your DJI drones charger and accessories. This process might affect your intelligent flight batteries when in use and can void the warranty of the said DJI product as well. Thank you and have a safe flight always.

Thanks Stephen,

right, after finding out that the cable is not meant to be unplugged I won't touch it. My original motivation was to charge the batteries in a LiPo Battery Charging Box, which is quite unhandy given the current construction of the charger. So I won't use the box for the DJI FPV batteries.

Cheers,
Lars
