According to DJI Support, on Facebook, the new app update is supposed to charge IOS devices automatically.
This is not working correctly, and is a widespread problem on DJI Groups.

When first connecting the device to the controller it starts to charge then, almost instantly, stops again. No charge is added to the device at all.

Is there a setting on the device or anything we need to change, or do we need a fix from DJI ?

Only seems to charge android automatically,  hopefully they will keep this as is,  because Im forever having to turn it off.

Hi, SJS Images. Thanks for reaching out! Turning off charging for iOS devices has been removed in the latest version of the DJI Fly and designed to charge iOS devices automatically by default.

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Fly and see if that could resolve the mentioned problem? If you do and the problem continues, we would appreciate uploading a screen recording of the problem so we can further check it and include what specific iOS device you're using. Thanks!

Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing. This is an app problem. It will not charge when plugged into the RC. Period. End of story. Why should anyone provide a video of something that affects 100% of iOS users that DJI itself can literally verify in 30 seconds?
