Dear DJI,
I purchased a brand new DJI RSC2 last week-end. It's not even one week old. After initially working for the first couple of days, it stopped from following movement and also M buttons and Trigger buttons do not work anymore. I've then spent the last few days in trying a solution on line, resetting the gimbal multiple times, re-balancing, downgrading the firmware and the re-upgrading it. All to now avail.
Besides this issue which is affecting the M button (pressing it does not cycle the User Profiles) and the Trigger button (e.g. double tapping does not result in gimbal being re-aligned or triple tapping does not end in selfie mode), the Gimbal is well balanced but does not follow movement: it remains locked in one direction although fully balanced.
I suspect some sort of failure has happened.
Not sure whether an hard reset (which I couldn't find a procedure for) may resolve the issue.
