Support please stop the file names stop resetting every time we format the card.

I had the same issue, its rather annoying.

They are not going to change it, it has been this way since the first DJI drone. And it is perfectly normal, as the aircraft only knows where to start the numbering by looking at the last photo taken.

I’ve never had this issue on any other drones. This is the first time.

if you delete video/photos from app names no resetting.

Your other drones must have used DJI Go 4 which gives you the option of setting the File Index Mode to Continuous or Reset.
DJI Fly leaves out many of the features of DJI Go 4, including this one.

I start and I think I got it wrong drone
