did some flights with record active, then powered off P3P controller etc.
half hour later went on ipadair2, to director and tried to "create moments"
and i get the error
>> "Cached video error! " on some of the videos
any idea why its on some videos and not all of them?

negative... no solution from my end..
tried to clear video cache and re film... no fix
uninstalled reinstalled app... no fix

no idea..
works ok on my iphone 6+ but the video from cache (for director) is corupt on ipad

must be an isolated problem is no one else is talking about this..

i cant think of any other troubleshooting ideas.. very sad face

ok found the problem..

may or may not need jailbroken ipad.. (mine is)

i used a file explorer for iphone like ifunbox
navigate to the dji app
then documents then video cache
copy all those files in there to desktop pc.

delete all the files in the "video cache" in ifunbox (not the desktop)
close the app on ipad
restart dji app
go to the director and create moment..
this is where i had a random file in there that was not deleted using ifunbox (this file is the problem)
select and delete it using the select and bin icon within the dji app in ipad
once gone go back to ifunbox video cache folder..
copy all the files from the desktop back into the ifunbox dji app folder

then try again using the director to create moments.. and all the cached videos should now play!
