I see some mixed references of TB48B and TB48 batteries.  Even on the DJI web store there are pages which have TB48B in one spot and TB48 in another.  How new is the TB48B and should I ensure I get those rather than T48?

One reason DJI needed to add an additional identifier to these batteries is due to the fact that they have two drone platforms they work with them.  Though the innards of the T48 battery is the  same, Matrice and Inspire battery packs have different form factors and thus are not interchangeable.  So once the Matrice becomes available, folks will need to order the correct battery type they need.

TB48i and TB48m would be more logic
