All of my stills that are downloaded appear on the screen as a    ! inside a triangle!  Can't get the picture... Help

Sounds like the files got corrupted. Try reinstalling the SD back card into the camera, power on the Inspire and record for a few seconds. Then stop recording, make sure you give it a few moments to properly stop recording, then power down the Inspire. See if that helps.
