I'm having trouble connecting the slave remote.
According to the user manual, you select 'master' on the master remote. Then select 'slave' on the slave remote. Then on the slave remote select search for master controller.
My slave is not finding any master remotes.
Is there a setting I have overlooked somewhere?

did you try to change your master remotes name, or  password?

BTW  check if the firmware on both of the controllers is the same

Those are the steps I have been following.
I am able to connect my sons iPad mini but for some reason my wife's iPad refuses to see any master controllers.
