Hi there,
I have a question for all those smart people out there.
I have a DJI RSC2 and a Canon EOS 200 D. It was working fine with filming before ( even though it's said to not be compatible); but today when I tried to Film and pressed the record button on the gimbal and then pressed it again to stop the recording, my camera screen switches to the SCENE INTELLIGENT AUTO screen and does not continue to show the recording screen as usual. It seems to be a bit glitchy all of a sudden when recording a movie. Anybody had any similar experiences or is the cable connecting camera and gimbal sometimes prone to problems? Would be great if someone has an idea.
Thanks for any advice,
T.

Great question.

For clarity, Are you saying the EOS200D will work just fine with the RSC2. I’m steps away from purchasing both.

Hi there djiuser_aQljQcKpvzh,
My gimbal and the EOS 200D work very well together, although sometimes the connection cable may be twisted a little, but other than that, it works just fine with my EOS 200D!

I do regret to tell you that I am not sure how the camera will work with the RavenEye, as I only have the standard kit.
Happy filming!

I hope this information helped you! (The EOS 200D is also awfully GREAT at taking photos as well!)

One more question if you don’t mind.

The Canon EOS200D has USB 2.0 port, while the Dji RSC 2 supports only USB-C. I’m thinking an adaptor will do the trick.

Kindly confirm.

The DJI RSC2 comes with a cable that connects the EOS 200D and the gimbal perfectly. You don‘t need to buy another adapter, although I am sure an adapter would work if you prefer one!
One end of the cable is USB 2.0, and the other is USB C, so they work perfectly, noextras needed!
Happy filming!
