Hello, I have a DJI Matrice 210 RTK V2 and in the DJI Pilot application I get a Downward Vision Sensor Calibration Error, when calibrating with the DJI Assistant 2 Enterprise application, it tells me that the calibration has been successful, but in the DJI application Pilot still gets the error, what will it be? Thanks a lot.

Hi there, could you please troubleshoot the problem with the following steps?
1. May we confirm with you if anything is mounted below? If so, please remove it.
2. If there are no attached items below, but the downward vision calibration error still appears in the DJI Pilot. Please check if the downward vision lens is dirty or not. If so, please clean the lens.
3. If the problem persists after cleaning, please collect the flight data, screenshots of the APP firmware version, screenshots of error reports, record the issue, and upload the videos to us for further confirmation.
