Hi everyone. I have not been able to activate the active track from the cell phone. My cell phone is huawei with android 8 a little old but the DJI FLY application works. The rectangle does not appear to indicate the object to follow. The "active track" functions do not appear either. The distance 30ft. and 1080 quality at 30fps. That could be happening.? Thanks

Can you please try using a different recommended mobile device to see if the issue will still persist? For reference I will post the list of recommended mobile device for the DJI Fly application.
