Your service (PROVIDYO) in Turkey is very bad, their service time is very long, and they never respond. They keep saying it's not your turn, and they harm your brand. I don't think I'll buy it again just because of your service. Please find a solution to this problem because I am satisfied with DJI drones, but I am considering buying other brands due to slow services.
