I am resetting some of the old stock of LB2 and facing issues need support as trying to search the info but not getting the direct answer.

I have 3 sets of LB2, 2 of it is Air unit together with Control, others are individual.

The one with LB2 air and RC work with latest software upgrade
- RC 1.7.8, Air: 1.81
- this unit was originally not able to link, but after i downgrade the Air to 1.6 and then upgrade to 1.81 a few time, suddenly it linked

The other one set comes as a set now only work with older air unit firmware
- RC 1.7.8, Air: 1.6 --> OK
- RC 1.7.8, Air: 1.81 --> failed to link

Another set of Air and RC totally no luck to link
- RC 1.7.8, I tried all the Air unit firmware all not able to link
- the Air unit do detect the RC as it blink green and when i turn off the RC it shows RED on link status

Any help to guide me to the right direction will be highly appreciated
