Incredible. You got 4516m away and hade 24% battery left when home, as well as reasonable signal strength at that distance. You can not complain about that. Well done Gorge. I would not have dared a flight like that. But now I know how good the Mini 2 is.

Looks like an illegal action, nothing to be proud of. I really cannot get why you would do this. Also hope local regulatory agencies take actions against these kind of actions. Do realise that DJI has to implement more restrictions because of unresponsible users. This hurting drone use more than it does good.


- Edit - It seems I judged too fast and you do have all the licenses etc (VLOS seems impossible) so sorry for the quick uninformed response. I do feel however that al lot of users are flying way to far, at night, near buildings they shouldn't etc etc.

Sorry, than I take it back.

I do feel you are the exception and i drew some conclusions to fast. Has also to do with the sheer number of people flying insane distances (I'm sure you also have to keep VLOS), fly at night, etc etc.
