Hello I bought yesterday a brand new Ronin m inteligent battery i paid 132 euros and the battery doesnt charge . What type of company you are to sell products that doesnt work I am a proffesional videographer and i had programmed to buy a Mavic air2s and the new ronin s but how to buy it when after 2 years you cant support your products Its a shame for you.Please take the battery back or replace it with one that you test it and it works because we paid 800 euros for ronin m and we cant drop it to the garbage because you cant support your products Tell me what to do to send back the battery
I am having the same issue with two of my batteries I've had but haven't used in a while. I left them in over night, but neither charged. Can DJI help answer this question?
