Hello !!  Yesterday I activated DJI OM 5 on my account and today I activated DJI Care.  Why doesn't the device appear in my account?  Thanks a lot

Sometimes if you log out and back in again to the forum it will trigger it to appear.  Had the same problem with the Mini2

Hello !!

I have logged out and logged in many times nothing changes.

The weird thing that the DJI OM 5 doesn't even appear in my devices not even in the DJI Store app ...
