My Gimbal gives an error 30004. Overload.
The Gimbal touches the frame sometime.
Looks like the rubber bands are too wide?
I have the drone no for 2 days.
What can we do?

The other error code is sometimes 40003. No pictures. Sometimes it works fine till suddenly the gimbal errors.

Hi there, please check whether the debris is stuck in the gimbal. Please remove the debris, restart the aircraft, and then recalibrate the gimbal. If the issue persists, please go to Online Repair Request: https://repair.dji.com/repair/index and send back the aircraft to DJI for diagnosis. Or contact our support team via http://www.dji.com/support to open a case and then send it in, we'll do our best to help this out. Thanks.
