They (to my best knowledge) don't support 2 external monitors (at least not native).
The  solutions (that I have found) use some custom cable + app that is a. low resolution and b. relatively high on CPU etc.

COME ON Apple. This is not cutting edge tech.

Your products are already expensive enough.
We don't want to be forced to buy widescreens or some inferior connection that is using too much of the resources compared to native.

It’s curious it wasn’t included especially as we know it can do it from the minis using the same tech.  But all rumours point to it being in the next batch released.

Macbook  Pro can do 2 too, but one is attached to the macbook

Let's hope for the best, so I can finally jump to Mac.

That’s a very good point.  The rumours point to more screens so fingers crossed.

I’m sure Gavin is a super nice guy, but he was way off.  I would have thought with all the info out there at the time he would have been closer to the mark.  It’s definitely not a Mini, and the “third” product is actually the first product that will be released next week.

Will take some time until they get a bit cheaper.

They dont tend to get cheaper until the next replacement models are coming.   Unless you're lucky and a retailer knows a tiny bit of for a promotion.

Yep.  I have warned SHMBO’d so we can make sure dinner is done in time and that plenty of wine/beer is chilled.
