Thanks for this, I pressed it longer but still just goes to front screen, the second videos highlights I cant select the temperature threshold option, its missing. I'll try the route of refreshing the firmware. Where will I find the said files?

FW 99 is going to be what you should try.

you are welcomed, after you load FW99, you reload FW 1.10 but you can also reload an older firmware first then   the latest  let us know DJI seems  LESS interested
