The page worked fine for me....no issues.

But, reading the comments below the article CLEARLY illustrates that the left may not be so crazy after all to push for tougher gun control laws.
all the idiots proclaiming that ANY drone flying over their property WILL be shot down (in millions of hunks) are just what the gun grabbing left needs to hear.
I had no idea so many people feel that gun violence is the de-facto answer to a case of "possible" privacy invasion.

I'll be enjoying the stories of all these jerks being arrested and charged with felonies and heavily fined, their guns taken and maybe jail time.

Almost every municipality in America right now is either testing the use of drones or petitioning the state for advice on doing so.

Within a year, you will probably see Police, City, Federal, State and commercial drones all OVER the place.  Remember the Jetson's cartoon with the skies filled with flying things?

All I can say is, drones are here to stay, the trigger happy hillbillies better get used to it.

(BTW, I'm a strong gun rights advocate and FORMER NRA member).

With all of the negative drone stories of recent, don't be too surprised to see restrictions placed on UAV's within the next 6 months.

I don't remember which senator called for as he called it software on no fly zones being required on all UAV's. Don't know if that means that units that don't have an upgrading ability to be made illegal, but it's got the attention of government.

The airspace encroachment around New York and New Jersey, there will be more drones taken out via firearms and water hoses. Don't look to the courts to be sympathetic to the UAV owner when their baby is taken out of the sky.

Did I hear the video correctly? The quad was ~300ft up when it was assaulted?

Hmm, need to find the other article where it quotes Goober as saying "It was flying in my backyard."

There's a lot of stupid in the world!  I mean the people shooting at the drones. .  Can't reason with stupid.

I have many times with no issues. maybe it your firewall or security settings. I would like to know so I can correct the issue

I am using Chrome and have no problem with the site on Comcast.

There is no way a shotgun would be effective at that distance.

What do you think would happen then to the hobby flying?

I could easily hit it at 300 feet.  Only takes one shot in the whole shell to bring it down.
