Custom stick configuration not working on my mini 2. Stick configuration 1,2,and 3 work fine. Please help with this issue.

Hi, there. Sorry for your inconvenience. Would you please calibrate the remote controller first, including the left and right sticks and the gimbal dial?  If the remote controller can be used normally after calibration, please feel free to use it. It is recommended to calibrate the remote controller every month.
If this issue persists after several attempts, please provide videos to us to check the problem;
