Why can't DJI have beta testers when they update the fly app. This way they could get proper feedback Iron out the problems first. Know there will always be small issues that occur but would be easier to rectify.

They do have beta testers,   Billy Kyle is currently testing beta with the Mavic3.

I see. Just that it looks like when an update becomes available it’s rolled out to everyone.

It feels that way sometimes.

Using only a few Beta testers means a few bugs, hiccups will be found.  They should expand their Beta tester group to a larger group of experienced flyers who will then come up with most if not all bugs.  Instead of using all DJI flyers are beta testers each and every time a firmware is rolled out.  

Also, a part of the problem is getting the firmware updates compatible with so many mobile devices being used.  But I agree, DJI could do a better job with their firmware updates.

I agree with DowntownRDB on this one. A larger group of test subjects yields a larger data return and where the issues are across various different devices and setups.

Too busy making sure the app works with their new Top of the range Drone Mavic 3!,,, being pushed hard all over the place.Everyone else just has to suffer. More beta testers, for each drone, in the fleet….
