Hey team,
I recently upgraded from my Mavic air 2 to the 2s and my new drone arrived with damage to the right front arm and chassis, i only noticed when packing it down to take it out for its first proper outing. I had a 5min test flight in my back yard no issues.
Even though my flight logs show its only be flown for 5 minutes DJI are refusing warranty on the grounds it would have never left the factory damaged.
This sounds like nonsense to me as there is not a mark on the craft apart from the damaged area and it looks to me as the arm is incorrectly  fitted.
Has anyone else had a drone arrive damaged?
