This is the Mini 1 right?

At this stage I think DJI is just pushing firmware updates so people don't realize their safety limits are reset then go ahead and lose their drone. Then it is Mini SE or 2 time! Lol just jokes. I wonder what they put in this update. Description is so vague as usual. Good work still caring about oldies!

"Optimized flight safety."?   Sounds suspicious.  I'll wait for others to check out.

I was not prompted to update additional batteries after the initial firmware update.

I’ll bet that the «Optimized flight safety» only kills the DH hack.

In the past six months DJI is wasting time trying to block DH and other Hacks instead of fixing the real bugs and improve their drones and displeases its customers.

For finally releasing a firmware update for the Mini.  Been forever since the last firmware update and at least this means the Mini has not reached EOL.

This update serves absolutely no other function other than to block the DH hack.  No features, bug fixes, nothing. Simply to stop a hack.

Maybe hack will catch up as with all the fw updates? DH did not say they cannot hack 600 fw on mini yet. I think the unable to downgrade part on other models is pretty sus haha

Cannot find DJI Fly for the original Mavic Mini, using Android 10. I have it for the Phantom but that does not apply to the Mavic.

Ya, this is why my next drone is not going to be a Mavic 3; DJI's forced restrictions are ugly.

Thanks for confirming this. Something DJI did not want happen occurred with fw before. I wonder what that is hmmmmm.

Update my aircraft firmware  to V01.00.0600.  and no more error.  propeller rotating too fast / loses contact with the phone.

It is worth it if you want to use a Pixel 6 Pro or Pixel 6 and/or want the motor speed error to go away.

Yes. No more motor speed error after  update.

It is possible to take the Mavic Mini 2 back to an older firmware but you need to use a PC and follow the guide in a youtube video by FlyMyMavic.

After installing this update I am unable to fly in an "Authorization Zone". I submitted for and received approval via flysafe. I am prompted, via the controller, to acknowledge that I am in an Authorization Zone. I checked the three boxes accepting responsibility for flying in the Authorization Zone. Once I hit the 'Accept' button I receive an error and the drone will not deploy.
