hello there i get brand new dji osmo zenmuse x3 gimbal 4k.
unfortunately I can't activate it , i tried many times and it failed. can you please help me to activate it, i can't even access the application before that.
the serial number. is 06NDCL180B00UV.
i did contacted dji support by email but was no help as such they
give me request number (3939321) has been received.
I highly appreciate your help and support

Hi Sir_Maher, I am sorry to read about the issue. To download the DJI GO app, please go to our official website https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-go-3 and download the latest app, connect Bluetooth of the unit and check again.
If the activation still fails, please provide a screenshot of the error message for further confirmation. Thank you.
